1. Institutional Engagement
By registering an account with Vault Asset ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you are engaging in high-risk financial operations including, but not limited to, foreign exchange (Forex) trading and cryptocurrency derivatives.
2. Capital Commitment Protocols
Investment cycles are initialized upon the successful verification of capital entry. Once a cycle is active, the principal amount is locked for the duration specified in the investment architecture. Early termination of cycles is not permitted under institutional audit rules.
3. Profit Sharing & Accrual
Profits are calculated based on the platform's proprietary trading performance. While we aim for up to 90% daily profit sharing, historical performance is not a guarantee of future returns. Accruals shown in the dashboard are real-time estimates until the cycle reaches maturity.
4. Withdrawal Policy
Payouts are processed via authorized rails. The platform reserves the right to request additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation for large-volume withdrawals to ensure compliance with global anti-money laundering regulations.
